2344 A.D.: Destruction of Brazilian Rain Forest

"The time has come ... for destroying those who destroy the earth." Revelation 11:18 (NIV)

500 hundred years before 2844 the anti-Futurists destroy the Brazilian rain forest with a device so perfect that the outline of the continental area containing the rain forest is destroyed while preserving what remains of the South American continent. The reasons for destroying the rain forest were many. The principle one was the belief--some said perception--that forces of negative energy had damaged the indigenous peoples of the rain forest. The Anti-Futurists and their alies are part of Earth's trans-national aliance and are mostly oblivious to the Realist-Futurist-Neutralist consortium and its activities.

The aftermath of the destruction: the sea level rises gradually all over the world. Two projects get underway at once, building elevated cities as the highest mountains would not be enough to house what remains of earth's populations. The other is the settling of the ocean floor and the transferring of as much of the world's culture and knowledge to the cities of the sea.

Before the burned-out core of the former rain forest is covered by smoldering foam, the Realist-Futurist-Neutralist consortium discovers a hexagonal artifact. The object is thought to be one structure, but in trying to explore its interior, it is found to be two tetrahedrons (pyramids) with their bases fused together. One is thought to be destroyed, but is hidden by the realists; all three groups jointly process the remaining object.

Inside the structure is found a device, or devices, which record all the devastation the anti-futurists have brought about. The device, when inactive, appears to be prismatic-metallic bands of a lighter-than-air alloy. This impossible device clearly did not originate in our universe, but has survived the inter-dimensional vortex unchanged, or so it appears. When the miniscule generator powers up the device, a kind of layered, interweaving warp-like process is created that is able to record all the devastation of the rain forest destruction, as well as the events that led up to the actual cataclysm. With enigmatic precision, the device completes its intended purpose and begins a reverse warp-movement or effect and seems to hover between the immediate vicinity of the ground, the air, the sea, and finally seemingly disappears into thin air. As it disappears, glimpses of the past, present and, apparent future of Earth transpire, all in rapid succession. Some think it an illusion. Others theorize the object either entered a time either before or after it's unusual recording process.

The device reappears throughout history and, depending on the sophistication of the civilizations it appears to, is either venerated, feared, unseen, or studied for its strange future scenes, if future scenes they are accepted as being, of a world with no rain forest, no cities on solid earth, and civilizations beneath the seas.

Some are able to take this information and prevent the future destruction in their alternate timelines, but in the timeline, in which the object originated, the cities either above or beneath the waters of Earth, remain, as do the groups mentioned previously. The hexagonal artifact was to have been discovered in a more peaceful and natural process, but the negative forces, as well as the anti-futurists, changed all that. In the end, the discovery of the artifact by the targeted groups and its lucrative technological secrets found its way into earth's history and would bring about the historical departure in 2844 as well as 3001.

Three members of the Consortium, Entrulio (En-troó-leo,) a Future Optimist, Treyinta (Treh-jín-tah,) a Perfect Neutralist and Zrutunt (Zroo-toónt,) a Perfect Realist, make their first and, perhaps, only appearance in the historical records. They are both terrestrial, yet non-terrestrial, as they are instrumental in deciphering the incomplete Etruscan writing and piecing together the purpose and the history of the hexagonal artifact.

A Different Kind of Sunrise: October 22, 3001 - part 3

"Immediately after the distress of those days 'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'" Matthew 24:29 (New International Version)

The renegade arm of the Future Realists were enraged when they learned that the moderate and right-wing of the Realists had conspired with the Perfect Optimists and had fully developed the major archives of the capsule that had been discovered in the deep sea trench. The departure of the Perfect Futurists in 10/22/2844 had been a carefully-guarded secret that had almost been erased from the databanks of the Deep Sea project. A year after the Futurists had departed, their rapid escape, and some said unethical one, in the borrowed interplanetary craft was finally discovered by decoding mundane information relays that no one imagined contained the specifics of their departure and the terminus of their journey.

The Renegade Realists felt cheated and slighted that their orthodox ideas had been mostly ignored by the evolving coalition between the remaining Realists and the Perfect Optimists. The Renegade Realists had tried to enlist the Future Neutralists as a last ditch attempt to wrest control away from the evolving forces. It was assumed that the group that spoke loudest or had the most impressive mental powers could easily sway the ineffectual Neutralists. The benign indifference of the Neutralists proved to be their strength, as in the end, it was the developing coalition's goals and modus operandi that appealed to the theoretical Neutralists who excelled in theory, as it was considered the cleanest of disciplines.

Unknown to the new coalition of the Perfect Futurists was the missing databanks of the centuries-old capsule that had waited in the sea beds till the technology of the future came looking for it. Everyone else accepted the fact that the missing data had been irretrievably lost by the drastic methods used to decipher the encrypted proto-Etruscan archives. It puzzled all concerned that the Ancient Rulers of the capsule had chosen an obscure people and language to preserve knowledge that certainly they realized would not be used for millennia. No doubt the vision of the proto-Etruscan civilization deceived them into thinking they would be masters of future civilizations.

The Renegade Realists had purposely guarded the supposedly destroyed data banks to use them as leverage if ever things got too out of kilter for them to achieve superiority in the power plays of the three esoteric groups. When they realized that they had been left out and left behind on a journey that they could not in good conscience participate in, they had no choice but to start developing the missing component in the capsule archives. It was sacrilege for the Futurists to have left their solar system in search of what the Renegade Realists firmly believed would come looking for them. They were further vexed that the Futurists had been, in fact, allowed by the Masters of Light to leave the solar system at all. They suspected that the Futurist's interest in time travel, only a theory at present, was a remote possibility in their very own future. It was assumed, based on scientific materials discovered in the aforementioned information relays, that the Futurists, if successful, would try to return to Earth and change the future by using the hoped-for solution from the galaxy's edge.

The Renegade Realists knew that the only way to achieve their goal and engineer their vision of Earth's future was to develop the Omicron device in the century and a half that remained before the end of the third millennium's first year. What resources had not been used by the Futurists were theirs to achieve the impossible, and some thought, unholy goal of building the Omicron device. The Realists, as they now referred to themselves, firmly believed that since the sacrilege of leaving Earth's solar system by their competitors, and former conspirators had taken place, their plan to balance things out was not a dark vision, but rather, the vision that, surely, the Rulers of Light had purposed that they carry out by including the information that they had hid from the other groups. Even some of their own, who were moderate, insisted that the power that the hidden archives contained should only be used for the betterment of humanity and nothing else.

Future historians would suppose, if some of the Futurists escaped destruction when they attempted to travel back in time to a date after their departure, that the state of events that they would encounter when they visited 3001 was a natural, albeit premature, development in their solar system.

The philosopher-scientists of the Realists firmly believed that what they were planning to do would never be permitted or tolerated by the Rulers of Light. Should it ever be attempted, it was widely believed that the execution of the Omicron device would never some to pass. Nevertheless, they reasoned that were it to be attempted, the Rulers of Light would have no choice but to bring an end to time itself, and reward the agents that had purportedly forced their hand. This was just conjecture and the conflicting schools of thought argued back and forth as the development of the Omicron device was urgently perfected as 10/22/3001 loomed in their future.

Three months before the historic date, the Omicron device was fully operational and was headed to its destination, the Earth's sun. The previous 12 months had been stressful but productive ones and the devotion of the philosopher-scientists had almost equaled their intellectual acumen.

Final scene:

The Future Realists become, or so they assumed, the agents to hasten the end of reality by amassing destructive forces which they believed would repair the fractured designs of perfection's systems, as they defined perfection.

As their vessels orbit the source of their world's power and light, the Sun, with bold devotion, the instruments that surround the Sun at strategic locations are poised to begin a chain reaction that no one in Earth's long history, or foreseeable history, would ever have imagined was possible but was now about to take place. No one in previous millennia, nor in any conceivable future would ever have thought that humankind was capable of executing such a radical plan to hasten the end of time and bring a final solution to the problems of Earth's past and eventual future.

Only minutes pass after all the vessels orbiting the Sun initiate the full power of the Omicron device: a device that had never been intended for what it was to achieve in a matter of hours. When the Omicron effect reached full force, Earth's Sun, worshiped by ancient humanity, or admired by their descendants, would become a supernova, eons before it's natural life cycle would trigger that event.

When the Future Realists imagine that their date with cosmic destiny is upon them, and only hours remain bedore the Omicron effect produces its devastating destruction of both Earth and it's Sun, great is their surprise as a different change begins to affect reality, but not the way that they had engineered the end of time. The Sun continues to shine minutes after the explosion should have occurred. The space surrounding the Sun, as well as all the inner planets reaching out to the asteroid belt, starts to vanish and is replaced by a form of light or energy that violates all known laws of physics. The bodies of the Future Realists, as well as those of the inhabitants of the planetary colonies, become transparent. Their thoughts and modes of communication no longer depend on sound, but on a partial telepathy that is as different from what it was imagined telepathy would be like, as their transparent bodies are from what their flesh-and-blood bodies used to be. While the inhabitants of Earth and the colonized worlds are experiencing a state of awareness and reality that no one had ever imagined was possible, the Future Realists remain in shock as they realize that their fool-proof device to end imperfect reality had been neutralized by nothing they had ever imagined could happen. Before they could actually destroy all of reality and life, transcendent forces or beings of Light, negated both the agents of Negative Realism and the old imperfect reality, itself. A new order of being and reality has superseded what was, and what was almost obliterated, by humanity's machines of destruction.

Eternal Vacations of the Future (part 1) - Vacaciones Eternas del Futuro

"I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had vanished. ..." Revelation 21:1

In the year 2844, on the 22nd of October, a large interplanetary craft headed for the Martian colonies takes off from Earth. On board are representatives of Earth’s major races, cultures & ethnic groups. There are also domestic animals belonging to the passengers. In addition, in the cargo area are located a variety of frozen embryos of the following animals: dolphins, porpoises, beluga whales, chimpanzees, bonobos, orangutans, gorillas & rhesus monkeys. Also on board are embryos of African gray parrots, cockatoos, & ravens. Additionally, there are embryos on board of a few reptiles and insects (ants, spiders, bees) as well as other useful or unique life forms. All these species have been carefully selected by the Perfect Futurists.

Unknown to all but the twelve Perfect Futurists is the fact that the aircraft has been enhanced with previously unknown modifications to give it not only interplanetary, but interstellar capability, as well.

The 12 Perfect Futurists have been selected because of their skills & their usefulness in an emergency situation. These are their abilities & specialties:

3. Agriculturist – Physician - Female

4. Writer – Diplomat - Female

5. Lawyer – Security Expert - Male

6. Mathematician – Astronomer - Female

9. Artificial intelligence scientist – Information science expert - Male

10. Information systems expert – Cybernetics engineer - Female

11. Multi-media artist – Writer - Male

12. Psychologist – Writer - Male

The 12 will be the ones to either survive the aftermath of the journey to the home world or to have their offspring achieve it for them. As a safeguard, some of the 12 live for a hundred, or a thousand or a hundred thousand years, as well as those who are enabled to become Perfect Futurists.

All twelve (six females & six males) are all Perfect Futurist educators, theorists & enablers. All were preselected to be fertile, intelligent & able to multi-task & acquire, with time & dedication, two of the other skills of the twelve. All are Perfect Future Optimists.

Briefly, we outline one of the principles of Perfect Futurism as it is conceived by the 12 themselves & by their Originators, before them.

1. Cultivation & promotion of objects and concepts of beauty, perfection & altruism, whether these things & concepts impact, or are related, to human beings. This principle also applies to non-humans (animals or other forms of life & semi-intelligent life) & artificial beings or intelligences (cyborgs, cybernetic robots & machines), information-processing entities (trans or mega-software programs) & finally (in the event these theoretical beings some day come into existence) trans-humans or neo-humans. Additionally, this also applies to, should they ever exist, trans-robotic beings or trans-artificial intelligent entities.

2. Finally, the first major principle of Perfect Futurism also applies to beings or forms of intelligence, neo-life or synthetic life or trans-artificial beings or things or forces that may one day exist, but that are unforseen.

Some of the other passengers end their lives or try to wrest control away from the Futurists when they realize they are never returning to Earth. As imperfect as it had become in the last thousand yeaars, it was still their home and they preferred it to some elusive Home world that neither they nor their offspring might ever reach. There is a remote possibility that there was a common factor or agent that was responsible for arranging their supposed month-long stay on the Martian colonies. After years of struggle from some of the passengers who thought it was a weekend trip to Mars instead of a migration in search of a new Home World, more Perfect Futurists were welcomed & enabled to participate in the long trip among the stars.

As the Interstellar Craft approaches the edge of the galaxy, not having located the three-colored nebula with a blue, orange & reddish star cluster that they were instructed to find, they become aware of a rapidly approaching cosmic cloud of light. As the Cosmic Cloud approaches the Craft, all on board are transformed. Their skin becomes translucent & glowing. All begin to experience a heightened sense of wonder & awareness. Though it has not been explained to them verbally, they perceive with a previously unknown sense, that this is why they set out on their journey, not to find the specified nebula, but to be found by the Cloud of Light. They are aware that they are now synchronized with the will of the Cloud of Light, as are their ship's instruments and their power source itself.

The Perfect Futurists instinctively follow behind the Cosmic Cloud & begin the faster- than-light journey in search of the Earth they left behind a thousand years ago. The Cosmic Cloud enables the Perfect Futurists to enter an alternate realm of space, or a parallel universe, where there are various forms of light or energy-radiation & where faster than light travel is possible.

It becomes apparent after the Entity & craft reenter the universe, as we know it, that Earth & its sun, no longer exist. This makes it necessary to re-enter another parallel universe in order to travel back to a time when Earth & its sun still existed. When they find the remnant of humanity, before the cataclysmic supernova that destroys Earth, they rescue the remaining humans & travel to the elusive home world, which is an Earth-like planet that is twice the size of Earth. The new solar system has a young sun & the Neo-Earth has seven moons. Additionally, Neo-Earth is complemented by two sister planets for future expansion or exploration. The Cosmic Cloud Entity settles & engulfs the Seventh moon.

En el año 2844, el 22 de octubre, una nave interplanetaria terrestre se dirige hacia las colonias marcianas. A bordo de esta están los representantes de las razas principales de la tierra, varias culturas y grupos étnicos. Hay también animales domésticos que pertenecen a los pasajeros. Además, en el rea de cargo están ubicados una variedad de embriones congelados de los animales siguientes: delfines, marsopas, ballenas blancas, chimpancés, bonobús, orangutanes, gorilas y monos del macaco de la India. Hay también embriones de los loros del gris africano, pericos, y cuervos. Además, hay embriones a bordo de algunos reptiles e insectos (hormigas, arañas, abejas) as como otras formas de vida tiles o únicas. Todas estas especies han sido seleccionadas por los futuristas perfectos.

Desconocido a todos menos a los 12 futuristas perfectos, la nave se ha transformado con modificaciones previamente desconocidas para darle capacidad no solamente interplanetaria, sino capacidad interestelar también. Los 12 serán los que han de sobrevivir la prueba dura o las consecuencias del viaje al Mundo Hogar o serán sus descendientes los que alcanzarán su planeta de destino. Como salvaguardia, algunos de los 12 o todos, vivirán cien años, o mil años o 100,000 años as como lo harán los que se convierten en futuristas perfectos. Brevemente, contorneamos la base del Futurismo perfecto como es concebida por los 12 Futuristas Perfectos y por sus Autores, antes de ellos.

1. Cultivación y promoción de objetos y conceptos de la belleza, Altruismo Perfecto, si esas cosas y conceptos afectan o están relacionados con los seres humanos, seres artificiales o inteligencias ("cyborgs," o sea, seres humanos-cibernéticos;) además los animales u otras formas de vida y de vida semi-inteligente,) robustezas y máquinas cibernéticas; neo-seres humanos, y otras entidades inteligentes.

2. Finalmente, el primer concepto principal de Futurismo Perfecto también se aplica a los seres o las formas de inteligencia y vida inteligente o las formas de realidad o la inteligencia o la neo-vida o los seres artificiales sintéticos de vida o inteligentes que un da posiblemente han de existir.

Después de años de lucha entre los pasajeros que pensaron que era un viaje de fin de semana a Marte, en vez de una migración en búsqueda de un mundo nuevo, les dieron la bienvenida a más Futuristas Perfectos para que pudiesen participar en el viaje largo entre las estrellas.

Al llegar la nave interestelar al borde de la galaxia, intentando de localizar la nebulosa tres-coloreada (azul, anaranjada y rojiza) perciben una nube cósmica luminosa que rápidamente se acerca a la nave. Al acercarse la nube cósmica a la nave, todos los viajeros son transformados. Su piel se convierte translucida y brilla intensamente. Todos comienzan a experimentar un sentido aumentado de la maravilla y del conocimiento. Los futuristas perfectos siguen por instinto detrás de la nube cósmica y comienzan un viaje de mayor velocidad que la misma luz en búsqueda de la tierra. La nube cósmica les facilita a los futuristas perfectos entrar un reino alterno del espacio o de un universo paralelo donde hay varias formas de luz o de energía-radiación y donde se permite un recorrido más rápido que en su propio universo.

Llega a ser evidente después que la Entidad Cósmica y la nave entran a su propio universo de nuevo, que la tierra y su sol, no existen ya. Esto hace necesario volver a entrar otro universo paralelo para viajar tras el tiempo en busca de una poca en que todavía existen la tierra y su sol. Cuando encuentran el remanente de la humanidad antes de la supernova cataclísmica que destruye la tierra y su sol, rescatan los seres humanos y se encaminan al mundo nuevo evasivo, el cual es un planeta terrestre pero es dos veces más grande que la misma tierra. El nuevo Sistema Solar tiene un sol joven y la Neo-Tierra tiene siete lunas. Además, La Neo-Tierra es complementada por dos planetas cual hermanas para la exploración futura. La Entidad Cósmica se ubica y permanece en la séptima luna.
